How to create a new page

The most simpel way to create a new page is to enter the name of the new page here:

and then press the button.

However, that requires going to the "HelpOnPageCreation" page whenever you want to create a new page.

Instead you can simple try to visit a non-existent page. Because the page does not yet exist MoinMoin will suggest to create it.

There are two different ways to do this:

By adding a link on another page

1. Edit another page

2. Add a link to the new page, either as a WikiName or as [[Name with spaces]]

3. Save the page
4. Click at the new link
5. Select one of the templates offered
6. Edit your new page
7. Save it

By visiting the page

1. Enter the address of the new page, e.g http://aplwiki.com/MyVeryNewPage in the browser's address bar and then press Enter

2. Select one of the templates offered
3. Edit your new page
4. Save it
