The [[http://code.google.com/p/apl-keyboard-layouts|APL Keyboard Layouts]] google code project contains open-source keyboard mappings for entering APL unicode symbols. So far there are Windows and OSX [[http://www.aplusdev.org/keyboard.html#top|layouts]] for the APL derivative [[http://www.aplusdev.org|A+]].
