At the moment, this contains not really useful stuff.

 * add JWiki (http://www.jsoftware.com/jwiki) to the InterWiki list
 * tabulate the front page, exactly like the J Wiki

Why? We have no "Home" page. We can remove either "!LatestNews" or "Discussions+Todo", but I want keep one of them. I think I will remove the "!LatestNews"
