BadBoysGroup
This page is visible to Admins only.
Purpose is to restrict user-ids to read-only. That's appropriate in case a new user account was created with a name that doesn't tell us much. In this case an email is send asking for feedback. Until we get that feedback from the guy we should put him on the BadBoys page to prevent him from doing anything harmful.
